I charge $800 for a reception. There is no time limit for my services nor are there any additional fees for a reception. My reception services includes:

• As many personal meetings you desire prior to the event
• Professional sound system and music
• Setup and breakdown of equipment
• Reception itinerary and planning
• Cordless microphone for toasts
• All the emcee work for the occasion
• Optional lights (no extra charge)
• Optional CD of music played at your wedding (no extra charge)
• Anything that will make your wedding day special

All of this for $800. To book me for your reception date, I need to meet with you, sign a contract, and collect a deposit of $200.

For a second sound system for a ceremony at the same venue as the reception, I charge an additional $100. This includes:

• Cordless microphone and/or lapel microphone
• Professional sound system and music
• Setup and breakdown of equipment

Please note that some receptions and ceremonies are so close that only one sound system is needed. In this case there is no additional charge for ceremony music. The $100 is for the setup of a second sound system.
